Elevates Keyes Hill-Edgar to Executive Vice President, Global
Business Affairs and General Counsel of Viacom Media Networks
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Viacom Inc. (NASDAQ: VIAB, VIA) today announced that Christa A.
D'Alimonte has been named Executive Vice President, General Counsel and
Secretary, effective April 15, 2017. In this role, she will oversee the
company's global legal function. She will succeed Michael Fricklas, who,
as previously announced, will be leaving the company.

In addition, Viacom today announced that Keyes Hill-Edgar has been named
Executive Vice President, Global Business Affairs and General Counsel of
Viacom Media Networks. He will continue to oversee Business and Legal
Affairs for the domestic media networks, and his responsibilities will
be broadened to include Viacom International Media Networks, Content
Distribution and the Media Networks' labor, guild and production legal
matters.

With nearly 25 years of corporate legal experience, D'Alimonte is
currently Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant
Secretary at Viacom. She joined the company in 2012 from Shearman &
Sterling LLP, where she was Deputy Practice Group Leader of the firm's
Global Mergers & Acquisitions group. While at Shearman & Sterling,
D'Alimonte represented Viacom on a variety of significant corporate
matters. D'Alimonte graduated from Georgetown University Law Center. She
earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, and a Certificate
of Proficiency in Latin American Studies from Princeton University.
Hill-Edgar joined Viacom in 2000, serving most recently as Executive
Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel for Viacom Media
Networks. Prior to joining Viacom, Hill-Edgar was an Associate at
Shearman & Sterling LLP. He earned his law degree from Columbia Law
School and graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in History and Literature.
